Wile Events is a full service event design and management team, founded by partners and sisters-in-law, Gabrielle and Lorraine Wile.  We specialize in creating spectacular events that are uniquely you, by taking inspiration from our client’s personality, style and vision, implementing current trends and collaborating with the best vendors in the industry. 

We offer a wide range of floral design services to bring your grand vision to life, impress your guests and create an unforgettable experience. We source flowers and décor elements from the finest purveyors around the globe from Holland to Japan to our friendly flower farmers right here in the tri-state area. We are a part of a prestigious international network of floral and event designers, The Chapel Designers and are constantly studying and collaborating with the best in the business to create a new level of beauty through our designs for the benefit of our clients. Our clients invest an average of $75-$100 per guest


Production Fees

Our production fees are calculated after a full evaluation of the event space and scope of work, however you can anticipate the following estimates.

Design, Production + Installation

Staffing required for design and production of all event design components and onsite labor dedicated to the event to manage delivery and install, typically 25% of the overall order.


Staffing and vehicles dedicated to manage packing and delivery of all event design components provided by Wile Events, typically 5% of the overall order or a minimum of $500.

Standard delivery fees are increased if the event requires delivery to multiple locations, deliveries that originate at different times throughout the day or deliveries that require multiple vehicles. 


If the Event location is between 100-250 miles away from Asbury Park, New Jersey, reimbursement for travel and hotel accommodations will be required. Further destination events will require a full reimbursement for all travel expenses.


A breakdown fee of $500 will apply if our team is required to return and remove the floral and décor elements. For breakdowns after midnight, client can expect a higher fee.


10% overall budget set aside for unforeseen costs associated with production. Unused contingency funds can be refunded or re-allocated to enhance the design. 



A minimum, non-refundable deposit of 10% or a minimum of $500 is required to reserve your Event date. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payment owed by Client.

The remaining balance is due three weeks before the Event date.

Client may make payments by cash or check.
