Wile Events is a full service event design and management team, founded by partners and sisters-in-law, Gabrielle and Lorraine Wile.  We specialize in creating spectacular events that are uniquely you, by taking inspiration from our client’s personality, style and vision, implementing current trends and collaborating with the best vendors in the industry.

Whether a grand destination wedding or an intimate celebration you can be certain that from conceptualization through execution, every detail has been painstakingly well thought out and orchestrated by our team. Our packages offer design concept development, vendor coordination,  design execution and installation, and day of coordination.

Our full service event planning offering, including event design, production, management and day-of coordination. 

  • Consult with Client to determine unique personality, style, initial design inspirations, budget and overall vision for the event
  • Create and present a preliminary design concept
  • Finely tune design concept taking into consideration Client feedback and present for final approval
  • Secure an event venue and any other vendors required to carry out the design concept and produce the event
  • Present vendor options and quotes based on Client budget and aesthetics and provide guidance and insight
  • Act as liaison between Client and all vendors, handle all negotiations, appointments, review all options and select final details as requested by the client
  • Procure any items needed to carry out a cohesive and personalized theme throughout the event
  • Collect and organize all invoices and notify Client of any deposits due prior to the event, or balance due on the event date
  • Assist in determining proper gratuities paid to each vendor at evenings end
  • Create detailed run-of-show timeline and communicate to all vendors
  • Receive all deliveries, greet all vendors and oversee all set-up of the event installation
  • Oversee the run-of-show and assist with any need that should arise between Client and vendors to ensure a seamless event
  • Oversee event break-down
  • A minimum of one (1) Event Manager onsite for duration of the event and two (2) Production staff members onsite for installation

To bring your unique vision to life, our styling team is available to provide complete event design and production services, inclusive of in-house floral and graphic design.

  • Consult with Client to determine unique personality, style, initial design inspirations, budget and overall vision for the event
  • Create and present a preliminary design concept
  • Finely tune design concept taking into consideration Client feedback and present for final approval
  • Secure any vendors required to carry out the design concept – this would not include securing a venue, photographer, musicians, transportation, sound, accommodations, etc.
  • Procure any items needed to carry out a cohesive and personalized theme throughout the event
  • Collect and organize all invoices from design-related vendors and notify Client of any deposits due prior to the event, or balance due on the event date
  • Receive all design-related deliveries, greet all design-related vendors and oversee all set-up of the event installation
  • A minimum of two (2) Production staff members onsite for installation of the event

Petite Soireé

For the take-charge client, Wile Events offers month-of event coordination including day-of execution.

  • Connect with all vendors contracted and secured by Client to determine their scopes of work and scheduling needs
  • Coordinate and communicate load in and load out schedules with all vendors and venues
  • Create detailed run-of-show timeline and communicate to all vendors and venues
  • Receive all deliveries, greet all vendors and oversee all set-up of the event installation
  • Oversee the run-of-show and assist with any need that should arise between Client and vendors to ensure a seamless event
  • Oversee event break-down
  • A minimum of one (1)  Event Manager onsite for the duration of the event
