Consider us your visual architects, managing the creative direction of your entire event and utilizing our in house related design services, as well as identifying well qualified artisans where necessary to execute your bespoke vision.

Our studio will produce a comprehensive design presentation that enables you to envision the entire look and feel of the event. Everything from 3D renderings, custom dance floors, lighting and draping plans, furniture and tabletop options, and one of a kind fabrications, we’ll dream up detailed plan that speaks to your unique design sensibility. Custom floral designs and event branding will be created in house by our award winning team to create a seamless and cohesive design narrative. You’ll have complimentary access to our studio collection of event décor and accessories to enhance your design, and any additional design related elements will be sourced, produced, managed and styled onsite by our talented team.

  • We’ll schedule a time for you to speak with a member of our team to discuss your event goals and service needs and identify the Wile Events services that would provide the most value and support to you.

    We’ll send a detailed proposal outlining our services and rates to reserve our studio on your event date. Once accepted we’ll send a formal agreement for your review and signature as well as an invoice for your retainer payment.

  • Once a signed agreement and retainer payment is received, we’ll schedule a time to meet at your venue for a site visit. We’ll discuss the main design goals and objectives for your event, assess the venue strengths and weaknesses, establish the overall design budget and flag any top level issues.

  • This collaborative process starts with a deep dive into any initial style inspiration, vision, theme, color palettes you may have pinned, clipped or snapped. Incorporating these elements into what we’ve learned about you in our exploratory phase, we’ll develop your custom design concept and present to you at our mid-term design meeting. This detailed presentation will include color palettes, supporting imagery, floor plans, and mockups of all of your event design elements that fit both your style and budget. We’ll finely tune this concept, taking into consideration any and all feedback, until it’s just perfect.

  • Sourcing, designing, creating, commissioning, fabricating, printing – whatever needs to be fulfilled by our in-house studio or by our preferred vendors will be carried out with skill and timeliness. We’ll assess availability and present quotes for rental items, create floor plans and lighting schematics and manage delivery and breakdown logistics. We’ll support the in-studio floral and graphic teams and ensure all final products are aligned with the design plan and not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

  • We’ll communicate the final design production timeline to all, and create additional visual aids useful for set up, including floor plans, virtual layouts, and schematics to streamline the day of installation.

    Our team will be on-site to receive all deliveries, oversee and execute installation, confirm all final products and services are aligned with the design plan and oversee breakdown to ensure the venue is left in its original condition.
