We’ll hop on a call to identify and discuss the major printed needs for your event, hear your thoughts on top level design ideas and production methods and review your budget. We’ll send a detailed proposal and once approved, an invoice for a retainer payment to commence work.

Next we’ll focus on establishing your event brand style. We’ll review any initial paper inspiration, further discuss your design goals and priorities, and review any general design concepts that may have been previously established for your event as a whole. We’ll put together a mood board that includes logo concepts, color palette, fonts, patterns and additional imagery that may be incorporated into your paper design. We’ll collect any final copy, provide guidance on verbiage, and provide a timeline for important design and production deadlines.

Once the mood board is approved we’ll start designing digital mockups of your major printed pieces. We’ll tweak these designs and refine copy until they are perfect, and prepare print-ready files for your final approval and send off to pre-production for finalized pricing.

We’ll manage and oversee the production process to ensure all deadlines are met. We can provide material samples to illustrate paper weight, textures and colors if necessary and source embellishments like wax seals, enclosures, frames and ribbon. We’ll commission any additional vendors needed such as illustrators or calligraphers, source all materials, inspect completed printed items and provide assembly and finishing services if requested. Finally we’ll package your completed work safely for shipping or delivery to your home or venue.
