FLORAL DESIGN

A stunning representation of the client’s overall vision, expressed in flowers. Taking inspiration from the wedding location, season and color palette, we will produce beautiful floral designs and will work closely with our clients to identify specific varieties and arrangement styles that most accurately capture their unique style and tell their design story.

Our team of floral artists can create everything from epic installations, breathtaking bouquets and stunning tablescapes to detail focused modern wearables. We will identify or source any necessary containers, vessels and structures and select complementary candleholders and other tabletop accessories from our studio collection to enhance their floral designs as well as additional areas, wherever applicable. There is no limit to what can be dreamt of and created.

our process

  • We’ll schedule a time for you to speak with a member of our team to discuss your event details, location(s), delivery specifics, estimated guest count and top level design goals.

    Based on that information we’ll send a proposal outlining our minimum to reserve our studio on your event date. Once accepted we’ll send a formal agreement for your review and signature as well as an invoice for your retainer payment.

  • Once a signed agreement and retainer payment is received, we’ll schedule a time to meet at your venue for a site visit. We’ll discuss the main design goals and objectives for your event, assess the venue strengths and weaknesses, finalize the floral budget and flag any top level issues.

  • This collaborative process starts with a deep dive into any initial style inspiration imagery you may have, or your planner may have developed. Incorporating these elements into what we’ve learned about you in our exploratory phase, we’ll develop your custom floral design concept and present to you at our mid-term design meeting. This detailed presentation will include your color palette, flower variety selections, container options and other supporting imagery to illustrate each proposed floral design.

  • We’ll confirm the availability and pricing of your selected flower varieties and place wholesale orders from our local farmers and international vendors. We’ll source or commission the fabrication of any supplementary inventory items, containers, mechanics or structures and manage their production and delivery. We’ll connect with your venue to confirm delivery and breakdown logistics and assemble a team to execute the installation in the time allotted. We’ll execute each design in-studio and carefully package to ensure safe delivery.

  • Our team will deliver all completed floral designs to the event location(s), design any onsite installations, tweak any centerpieces that may have been jostled in transit and provide onsite styling assistance for any other objects and decor.

    Should a room transition be previously arranged a designated team will remain on site to do so.

    Once the candles are lit we’ll depart, returning with our strike crew at breakdown to remove all designs and ensure the venue is left in its original condition.
